本文重点研究如何提高平菇液体菌种中蛋白质的含量。以蛋白质含量为指标对平菇液体菌种培养基的碳源、氮源以及无机盐进行单因素优化,实验得出最佳试验因素为酵母浸出粉、葡萄糖、Mg SO4、K2HPO4,以酵母浸出粉、葡萄糖、Mg SO4·7H2O、K2HPO4为试验因素进行正交实验,得出蛋白质含量最高的培养基配方是:酵母浸出粉20 g/L,葡糖糖20 g/L,Mg SO4·7H2O 1.5 g/L、K2HPO40.5 g/L,平菇液体菌种中蛋白质含量最多可达448.4 mg/g。
Abstract:This article focused on how to improve the content of protein in liquid strain medium of Pleurotus ostreats. Protein content was as an indicator to optimize the carbon,nitrogen and inorganic salts single factor. Yeast extract powder,glucose,Mg SO4·7H2O,K2HPO4 was as experimental optimum factors to make the orthogonal experiments. The optimization medium for protein content was as follows: yeast extract 20 g / L,glucose 20 g / L,Mg SO4·7H2O 1. 5 g / L,K2HPO40. 5 g / L. The protein can reach as high as 448. 4 mg / g.
